Alva Apps is a small London team building native Shopify tools. We kept hearing the same thing from merchants: they wanted to sell online courses, but every option meant bolting on a separate platform, a second login, and a checkout that lived outside their store.
So we built Alva Courses, and launched the app on 25 November 2024. Much of what's in Alva Courses today started as a single support email — Alva Video Hosting, custom email domains, the Order Status Page extension, drip scheduling and discussions — all followed a merchant saying I wish you could do this.
