A self-paced exam-prep course works best on a steady plan. Drip scheduling releases a domain a set number of days after enrolment, so each week's material lands on schedule rather than all at once. Run a live cohort by scheduling lessons to publish on fixed dates, keep future modules as Draft, and set Limited-time access so a prep course closes at the exam or licensing window.

Member management and progress tracking.

The moment an order is paid, a branded enrolment email welcomes the learner and module one is in their customer account — no manual handover. The per-course Members Overview shows progress bars, completion rate and status for every learner; add a member by hand, bulk-import a cohort by CSV, or export the roster.
