How it works
Each lesson is built from content blocks. You stack as many as you like in any order — a Text block for instructions, an Image to illustrate it, then a PDF, Audio, ePub or MS Office file to download. Blocks render inline in the storefront player, so students never leave your store.
Add content steps
1. Open the lesson editor
In the Shopify admin, open Alva Courses, select a course, and click the lesson you want to edit. The lesson editor opens with the title field and an empty content area.
2. Add a rich-text block
Add a Text block and type your lesson copy. Use the toolbar to set fonts and sizes, apply bold, italic or underline, insert tables, and align text.
3. Add an image
Add an Image block and upload an image from your computer. It appears inline in the lesson exactly as students will see it in the player.
4. Add a file block
Add a PDF, Audio, ePub or MS Office block, then upload the document. Students can read, listen to, or download it directly inside the lesson.
5. Save and preview
Save the lesson, then preview it in the storefront player to confirm every block renders and the content sits in the order you want.
What learners see
Enrolled students open the lesson in the storefront course player and see each block in order: formatted text, inline images, and any PDF, audio, ePub or MS Office file ready to view or download. Everything stays inside your Shopify store — no second login.
