How it works
Each course in Alva Courses has a Members tab listing everyone enrolled in it. The header rolls those students up into summary stats — total members, active enrolments, completed count and completion rate — while each row shows one student's progress bar, enrolment date and status. A global Members view brings the same data together across every course.
See members and progress
1. Open the Members tab
In the Shopify admin, open Alva Courses, click Courses, and select a course. Open its Members tab to see everyone enrolled. For an account-wide view across all courses, click Members in the main menu.
2. Read the summary stats
The header shows total members, active enrolments, completed count and completion rate, so you can gauge how the course is performing at a glance.
3. Check per-student progress
Each row lists a student with a progress bar showing how far through the lessons they are, alongside their enrolment date and completion status. Click a student to open their full enrolment detail.
4. Search and filter
Use the search box to find a student by name or email, and filter by status — active, completed or not started — to focus the list on the students you care about.
What learners see
Students never see these admin stats. In the storefront course player they see only their own progress — a progress bar and completion ticks that update as they finish each lesson — which is exactly what feeds the numbers on your Members tab.
